The book is designed in a way where the color of the hair and skin of the child is not noticeable. Thus, enabling the child to use his/her imagination to feel part of the story.
There is a maximum number of 15 letters allowed for the nickname or preferred name of the child. If the child's name is longer than the allowable number of letters, please contact our Customer Service directly (+63 (2) 463-3742 or firstname.lastname@example.org) so we may assist you promptly.
Yes, we make sure the book will be appropriate for all children. We can emphasize the day the child arrived instead of his/her birth date. You can decide whether to give us the birth date of the child or the date in which the child joined the family.
The birth date or "celebrating which birthday" of the child is not a requirement. Although the uniqueness of the personalized book will be enhanced if you can provide us with these information. Otherwise, any mention of the child's birth date or "celebrating which birthday" will be eliminated.
If you would like the book to include the birthday that the child is celebrating, the information must be provided in the corresponding box. Otherwise, we will eliminate any reference to the birth date of the child in the book.
The order will take approximately 10-15 business days to arrive at your door for deliveries in the Philippines, and 10-15 for Worldwide Deliveries.
You also have the option to pick up your order at our office address. In this case, your order will be ready for pick up in approximately 6 working days
During the order process, please review all the information provided before finalizing your order. Due to the personalized nature of our books, once the order is processed, all sales are final. If your order is not 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt credit, exchange or full refund. Each voucher is provided by email with a specific code to be used upon completion of the order process. Because it is a gift voucher, we will not charge you for the order.
